Concrete Sealing
in SAn Jose, CA

My experience was perfect. Jake arrived on time and did a perfect job. He cleaned the windows inside and out. He also cleaned the gutters and the skylights. He was very professional and friendly. My windows are spotless and we are very happy!!!!

Ken was great; was able to book within a couple days…wow what a great job-the windows look amazing!

We had a wonderful experience working with AC’s Exterior Cleaning! They did an absolutely excellent job at one of our managed communities, and we were very pleased with the quality of their work and professionalism. Ken was especially responsive, communicative, and helpful throughout the entire process, which made working with their team a great experience. We truly appreciate their efforts and the quality of service they provided. We highly recommend AC’s Exterior Cleaning and look forward to working with Ken and his team again in the future!

I used AC's Exterior Cleaning Service and was very pleased with the results. They were timely, professional, and produced a quality result.

They did a great job of cleaning and sealing my patio. It was 20 years old and needed a gppd cleaning. It’s never looked better.

The estimate request, proposal, negotiation, and final proposal/acceptance processes worked very smoothly. Ken used both Text and Email to communicate with me to make sure we do not miss anything. Two days before the work, Ken sent me a notice which is like a doctor's appointment confirmation. There was a problem with my side of house. I decided to give up some of cleaning work but Ken looked into the situation and offered me an alternative way which I accepted and worked around the problem. It worked well. After all, things went well and the crew finished the work one hour earlier than the plan. Well, I am watching the rain day to come to see how the cleaning works. I also already confirmed that the solar panel is generating 18% more than the similar weather day in this month. I have not cleaned the panel over 5 years and I thought it was doing well. Now the same panel is generating more. I'll ask AC's next time again. Good work, AC's.

Ken's team arrived on time, told me what to expect, were immaculate in their performance. It was a perfect experience with no surprises. Thank you, I appreciate you and your team!

Excellent service! Jake did a very good job cleaning the windows and removing redwood from the roof and gutter covers! The owner, Ken is a great communicator, Love the changes he has made to the business. One suggestion is to have the employees wear shoe covers in the house.

Ken and his staff are nothing but Pros!

Ken did an excellent job job in cleaning the solar panels. On time service and excellent communication of project status. I would definitely recommend him.
