The estimate request, proposal, negotiation, and final proposal/acceptance processes worked very smoothly. Ken used both Text and Email to communicate with me to make sure we do not miss anything. Two days before the work, Ken sent me a notice which is like a doctor's appointment confirmation. There was a problem with my side of house. I decided to give up some of cleaning work but Ken looked into the situation and offered me an alternative way which I accepted and worked around the problem. It worked well. After all, things went well and the crew finished the work one hour earlier than the plan. Well, I am watching the rain day to come to see how the cleaning works. I also already confirmed that the solar panel is generating 18% more than the similar weather day in this month. I have not cleaned the panel over 5 years and I thought it was doing well. Now the same panel is generating more. I'll ask AC's next time again. Good work, AC's.

Excellent service! Jake did a very good job cleaning the windows and removing redwood from the roof and gutter covers! The owner, Ken is a great communicator, Love the changes he has made to the business. One suggestion is to have the employees wear shoe covers in the house.

AC’s Ext. Cleaning Svcs were great from the onset. Jozef came out for an estimate and went through the entire process. We had been looking to have our windows, house, and driveway power washed and we talked to a few different companies. Ultimately, Jozef’s rates were very reasonable and his professional, courteous manner was exactly what we were looking for. On the day of service we met Jake who came early to set up and plan the cleaning. He was kind and professional, he explained how the day would go. The crew took their time and cleaned the entire exterior, our many windows and screens, our driveway, and front walkway. They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them if you’re looking for exterior cleaning services.

Ken and Joe did a fantastic job on our pressure washing the front of our house, driveway, and flagstone patio. They took great care on the flagstone, which can easily flake off. They also did an exterior window cleaning on both stories of our house.
