Had the pleasure of working with Ken to power wash the common areas of a 19,000SF commercial building. Scheduled a meeting with Ken to walk through the property. Ken provided a reasonable quote and most importantly assured that run off would not end up in the storm drains. And though his crew wasn’t able to complete the job in one morning, I was happy that he came back to complete the cleaning the following week.
